At Curvy 14 Plus, we pay close attention to detail and exercise extreme caution to ensure that our products are accurately described and photographed in their genuine colors. Below are the scenarios in which you could be entitled to a return and/or refund.
Size Did Not Fit
- You have 7 calendar days from the parcel delivery date to request a return.
- Email us at curvy14plus@gmail.com with the subject line “Request a Return.”
- Once the product is received, Curvy 14 Plus will issue a refund in the form of store credit.
Change of Mind, Loss of Interest, or Colour Discrepancy
Unfortunately, these reasons do not warrant a return or refund.

- Please note that the items we sell are preowned. We describe each item accurately, so please read the information carefully before purchasing.
- If your item is faulty or not as described, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order.
Incorrect Product Dispatched by Curvy 14 Plus
- If we have dispatched the wrong product, you have 7 calendar days to notify us.
- Email us at curvy14plus@gmail.com with the subject line “Incorrect Order.”
- We will arrange for the product to be returned (at no cost to you).
- Once the product is received, we will issue a full refund.
Inaccurate Listing by Curvy 14 Plus (Excluding Colour of the Product)
- If an item has been incorrectly listed, we take full responsibility.
- Please email us at [curvy14plus@gmail.com] with details of the issue.

Other Important Returns Information
- Items on sale cannot be returned.

Items priced at $20 or below cannot be returned due to the intensive preparation involved.

Returned items must be in the same condition as when they were shipped.
- Items marked “New with Tags” must have their original tags attached.

Returns must be requested and delivered back within 7 calendar days of delivery.

Customers must pay a $15 return fee (covers administration and postage).
- This fee will be deducted from the refund amount prior to processing.
- Initial shipping fees are non-refundable.
- All returns must be made using a return label issued by Curvy 14 Plus.

Refunds will only cover the amount paid for each item. Discounts and promotions cannot be reimbursed.
